Dinesh B Saxena, Dy CEO
Dinesh B Saxena has been working in operation ASHA for over a year.
He is a professional with over 35 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, branding, logistics and. He has worked with ACC (Holcim – Lafarge Group of companies), Larsen & Toubro Limited & E.Merck.
Dinesh holds an MBA from Institute of Productivity and Management, Lucknow, India and a Diploma of Management Competency Program from IIM, Calcutta. He has attended many professional trainings, such as training in Sales & Marketing Excellence, McKinsey’s Costumer Service Excellence Program and Trainer from Marketing Auditorium, St Gallen, Switzerland.
Le Sarom, Country Director, Cambodia
Le Sarom is Director (Finance & Accounts) in Operation ASHA. He joined Operation ASHA in January 2025. He has nearly 15 years of prior experience. In the past, he has worked for TP Group and AZIE&C Company Limited, among others.
Sarom holds a Masters degree in Audit and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Vanda Institute.
Dr. Ham Hak
Dr. Ham Hak is Program Director in Operation ASHA’s Cambodia Head Office. He joined Operation ASHA in February 2021. He has three-decade long experience in the health sector in Cambodia. Previously, Dr. Hak worked as Co-Chair of the Oversight Committee, an executive arm of the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM), to oversee implementation of the grant from the Global Fund.
Hak holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics and a masters degree in Development Economics from Tulane University, USA.
